Crop Registration Form

If you have already registered your crop, you do not need to fill out this form again. Please contact us to arrange a harvest time at

If you have not registered your crop with us before, please fill out the form below. You will be able to select a day and time after submitting the form.

All of our volunteers are required to sign a release of liability. Furthermore, you are protected from liability by the Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act, a federal law that encourages people and businesses to donate food to charity.
